FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

While we do serve fine cuisine, Fourk has a relaxed atmosphere (this is the part we call fun dining) and we do not enforce a dress code.

Fourk Kitchen is designed to be an upscale, intimate dining experience that caters primarily to adults. While we do not discourage children from joining us, we kindly note that the ambiance and pacing of our prix fixe dinners may not be ideal for younger guests. That said, we have welcomed wonderfully well-behaved children in the past — including one official “Fourkling” — and we’re happy to accommodate families who feel their children would enjoy and appreciate the experience.

At Fourk, our mission is to deliver an elevated dining experience—seasonally curated menus, chef-driven cuisine, and exceptional hospitality—all while maintaining a sustainable model for our team. That’s why we include a 20 % service charge, known as the Fourking Fee, on every bill.

This fee:

  • Supports full, competitive wages for our entire team
  • Ensures transparency and consistency (instead of tipping variance)
  • Aligns with hospitality best practices used by premier restaurants globally

The Fourking Fee goes directly to taking care of the heart and soul of Fourk—our staff. We believe this is the most transparent, equitable, and effective way to provide outstanding service every night of the week.

In general, our Chef’s can accommodate vegetarian, pescatarian, dairy free, and gluten free dietary requests with at least a 48 hours notice. In addition, we will strive to accommodate any other requests with ample notice, but based on our limited menu, not all requests can be accommodated. Please call us if you have any questions or would like to book a reservation with dietary restrictions.

We open the doors at 5:30pm for happy hour. We ask that all arrive by 6:15pm as dinner service starts promptly at 6:30pm.
